Exceptional service with friendly and accommodating staff. They are knowledgeable about the menu and quick to offer recommendations. The food arrived promptly, and the staff checked in just enough to ensure a great dining experience. A must-visit for anyone who loves a good grilled meal paired with quality café drinks. Whether you’re stopping by for a coffee, a hearty meal, or a mix of both, this place won’t disappoint. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again!

We visited and had our lunch here at Pocholos. The food was served hot and complete. The service was superb and all needed materials were given. The atmosphere was also fantastic. This is a place to be recommended with family and friends.

This is such an excellent restaurant to visit. 1. The view of Taal volcano outside is beautiful for picture taking. And, it has an area to do that. 2nd floor even better, but if you have PWD with you, outside 1st floor is also good. 2. Pets are allowed. We have 3 dogs with us and there's a good table outside on the 1st floor with a great view so we didn't feel like set aside on a corner. 3. The service and food were excellent. I must say, the service given to us by Rufo (I hope I remember his name right) is the best. He took care of us really well and first time I tip really high even if there's already a service charge. 4. Parking is not a problem even in a van. We went there around 4 PM on a weekday so that's probably the reason why we did not wait for a table. The cake we ordered, Pistachio sanz rival and ube malagkit with cheese turon, are also delicious.

Pocholos in Tagaytay was a pleasant surprise. It’s mainly Italian, but the menu has something for everyone. I ordered the Spicy Shrimp and Olive Oil Pasta, which was distinctly Italian and executed very well, both in flavor and presentation. My date got the burger steak with rice, which was definitely Filipino and a clear step up from the usual fast-food version. Atmosphere was great: clean, bright, relaxed, and not crowded. No wait for a table. Service was prompt and friendly without being overbearing. Prices were very reasonable at around ₱500 per person. Free parking on site is a plus. Would definitely go back.

Only the tapa that we ordered was a little bit salty otherwise all good and customer service was 10/10

Food is a bit too oily, we still like it. Not too pricey as well. Good service and a really nice view of taal, their spot along the ridge has one of the nicest angles to view taal. Located beside papa doms and Gerry’s. Plenty of parking space around the area

Kung saan nga may masarap, ay dapat pinupuntahan! Kidding aside, we came here nursing a bad hangover with cravings in mind and this place did not disappoint. Just heading up to Pocholo’s second floor already gave us a treat: a stunning view of Taal Volcano on a sunny morning. Here’s what we ordered: Bihon Guisado - 10/10 (Felt nostalgic and just like my mom’s version) Sizzling Pork Sisig - 10/10 (The waiter confidently recommended this, and it was really good!) Laing with Lechon Kawali - 9/10 (Well-seasoned, but a bit overcooked in texture) Inihaw na Pusit - 8/10 (Fresh fillings that matched the flavorful rub) Chicken Inasal - 7/10 (Cooked perfectly; tender and juicy, but a little bland in flavor) Fresh Lumpia - 5/10 (The wrap was a bit thick and the sauce didn’t complement it well) Buko and mango shake - 9/10 were refreshing and almost like dessert! Service was fast and efficient. Would definitely come back with my family.

If you’re craving classic Filipino comfort food, Pocholo delivers a flavorful experience with a few ups and downs. We tried three dishes during our visit: • Bulalo (7/10): The broth was rich and warming, perfect for a cool day. However, the beef was noticeably tough, which took away from the usual melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that makes bulalo a favorite. A bit more simmering would’ve made a big difference. • Sisig (10/10): This was the star of the meal. Perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and packed with bold flavors. It had the right balance of savory, tangy, and a hint of heat. Easily one of the best sisigs I’ve had in a while. • Tawilis (9/10): Crispy and tasty, though unfortunately, it wasn’t served hot. It still delivered on flavor and texture, but the experience would have been even better if it came out freshly fried. Overall, Pocholo is worth visiting for its authentic Pinoy flavors, especially the sisig. A few tweaks on execution—like tenderness and serving temperature—could elevate it further.
